A Note on Kindness: Our Return & Refund Policy
We believe in spreading kindness, and that includes making sure you’re happy with the handmade touches you’ve chosen for your home. If something isn’t quite right, we want to make it easy for you to find a solution.
Our 30-Day Promise Because we want you to have time to see your new knobs or hooks in your space, we offer a 30-day return window from the day your package arrives. We welcome returns even if the items have been opened or gently enjoyed—we just ask that they are still in good condition so they can eventually find a new home with another family.
How We Can Help If you need to start a return, simply reach out to Scott at scott@everydaykindnessdecor.com. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels. We will walk you through the process and provide clear instructions on how to send your items back to our workshop.
Damages & Little Mishaps Please peek at your items as soon as they arrive. If something is damaged or if we sent a Hippo instead of a Bunny, let us know right away so we can fix it for you.
A Quick Note on Custom Creations We love making special orders, but because these are crafted specifically for your family, we generally cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalized items.
Your Refund Once your return reaches our workshop and we give it a quick check, we’ll let you know it arrived safely. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
