Our Shipping Policy: From Our Workshop to Your Home
At Everyday Kindness Decor, every piece of hardware—from our safari lions to our woodland hedgehogs—is handcrafted with care in our Columbus, Ohio woodshop. Because we want to ensure every oak animal is perfect before it joins your nursery, we have a specific process for getting your orders to you.
Handcrafting Time (Handling) Because Scott hand-selects the wood and crafts each piece to order, please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to create and pack your items with care. We believe that the best things are worth waiting for, and we appreciate your patience as we make something special for your family.
Travel Time (Transit) Once your order leaves our workshop, we trust the postal service to get it to you safely.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery within the United States via USPS.
- Tracking Your Kindness: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Costs We want to keep our shipping simple and transparent. You will see your exact shipping total at checkout before you finalize your purchase, ensuring there are no surprises.
A Quick Note on Delivery Addresses To ensure your handcrafted items find their way home, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize there's a typo after you’ve ordered, just send a quick note to Scott at scott@everydaykindnessdecor.com, and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking says "Delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please wait one extra business day (sometimes they are scanned early!). If it still hasn't appeared, reach out to us so we can help you find a kind solution.
